Description: We know that the parent’s role in a University Model School (UMS) extends far beyond asking, “Are your home assignments done?” The process of being meaningfully involved provides enriching benefits in relationships with our children that far exceed the direct benefit of the classes themselves. In addition to this, we are given the gift of TIME with our children. In order to best prepare ourselves for the roles we participate in within the partnership at ACA, we have begun the “Huddles.”

These will be intentional times of empowerment, training and encouragement for parents as we navigate the partnership God has called us to and grow our students into the dynamic and empowered future leaders for the Kingdom. Each Huddle will have a focus around our vision, “Developing Lifelong Leaders & Learners, Loving the Lord.” The dates are listed below, along with the focus for each time together.

Huddle – Learner: October 18, 2018

Huddle – Lifelong: November 29, 2018

Huddle – Leader: February 28, 2019

Huddle – Total Mission: April 25, 2019
