Camp for following grades:
Little Sprouts Threes, Fours, and and Pre-K classes through completed Kindergarten (ALL CAMPERS MUST BE POTTY TRAINED)
ACA 1st grade through completed 4th grade

ACA Camp Offered for week of July 29th-August 1st:
Camp Summer Rewind, Let's rewind to the start of the summer. We will enjoy all the fun the season brings! We will have crafts, water activities, games, ice cream, and much more!!!

Little Sprouts Camp for week of July 29th-August 1st:
Lil' Chefs-Let's Eat! There will be blindfolded food tasting, food games, and fun food art. Our chefs will learn to prepare breakfast, snack, lunch, and dinner foods. it's going to be a fun-packed week!

Need to Know:
Summer Camp Days are: Mon, Tues, & Thurs from 9 AM to 2 PM
Every child attending will need to bring a sack lunch and a water bottle for each day of camp.

Camp Cost:
$90 per session

NOTE: Parents will be invoiced via email and email will be sent from Mandy Foster, Little Sprouts and ACA Dean of Finance.

Description:  Logic & Rhetoric Orientation is our opportunity to equip parents and students for the University Model in a variety of ways: communicate student/parent expectations, grading policies, overview of curriculum and electives, etc...

Grades:  5th-12th

Parent Training Times:  

  • 8:15 am to 11:20 am (Rhetoric Parent & Student Orientation)
  • 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm (Logic Parent & Student Orientation)
NOTE:  Students will receive their class schedule on August 11th via email.  Students will follow their schedule on the day of Parent & Student Orientation.  Parents will also follow students schedule and meet with teachers on the day of Parent & Student Orientation.

General Session:
Time:  11:30 am to 12:45 pm

Enrichment Academy Training:
Time:  4:00 pm to 4:20 pm

Athletics Meeting:

Time:  6:30 pm in MPR
NOTE:  This is a mandatory meeting for parents and students participating in ACA sports for the 2019-20 school year.

Description:  ACA Athletic Meeting is to provide parents, whose children will be participating in ACA athletic sports, important information as well as discuss guidelines, expectations, and policies both the students and parents are to adhere to throughout the 2019/2020 school year.  It's also a time to address any questions parents may have regarding ACA athletics.

Grades:  3rd-12th grade athletes participating in ACA sports

Supply Drop Off Times per Grade:

  • Kinder (8:15 am to 8:30 am or 10:00 am to 10:15 am, drop off supplies at your child's desk in Bldgs L3, L4 & L5)
  • First (11:34 am to 12:00 pm, drop off supplies at your child's desk in Bldgs C1& C2)
  • Second (11:45 am to 12:00 pm, drop off supplies at your child's desk in Bldgs E1 & E3)
  • Third (1:15 pm to 1:30 pm, drop off supplies at your child's desk in Bldgs E2 & H1)

Description:  Meet the Teacher is an opportunity for parents and students to come and meet their teacher. It's a great way to break the ice and to help students ease some of those first day jitters prior to the first day of school. This is a come and go event.

Grades:  All Little Sprouts Classes (Ones, Twos, Threes, Fours, & Pre-K)  and All Grammar grades (Kinder through 4th grade)

Location:  ACA Campus (your child's respective grade's classrooms)

SALT is a servant leadership organization designed to grow and lead students toward an active and growing relationship with Christ. Through training opportunities on campus, students will begin to learn who they are in Christ and how they can serve Christ.

LIGHT is a servant leadership organization designed to continue to build on the foundation established in the SALT program: a call to service within our students, ultimately leading students toward a consistent and growing relationship with Christ. Through training opportunities on campus, we aim to help students gain confidence and security in who they are in Christ and in how they will serve Christ.

LIGHT (7th-8th)

Description:  Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW) Parent Training is an opportunity for parents to come and learn about the writing mechanics of IEW, which is the writing curriculum for ACA students.  Parents will be able to grasp a general knowledge of the fundamental writing skills and tools their child will be learning and applying throughout the school year.  This time will also allow parents to ask questions as needed.
